AACAOI

African American Community Action Organization Inc (AACAOI) is a non-profit organization located in East TN. We help to find temporary shelter for victims of domestic violence homeless individuals while waiting to transition individuals as we are in the process of seeking grants and funding to purchase land to locate our permanent solar powered tiny housing village for  women and children who have been victims of domestic violence, adults with mental illness, disabled adults as well as veterans and veterans with families as we are working towards locating longer term temporary shelter apartments to assist individuals to their  permanent safe, affordable, high-quality tiny homes that will be located within a vibrant and clean tiny housing community.

We also provide food, clothing, furniture and needed items.

We strive to reshape our world by building a project that supports women and children and others who are victims of homelessness which provides them the opportunity for them to get their lives restored socially, emotionally, morally and financially. We are prepared to offer them a robust and loving support system. We will also provide doulas before and after birth to African American pregnant women to help lower the mortality rate
